Which side of fusible interfacing do you iron?

Its light weight interfacing and I completely forgot which side i’m supposed to iron. Is it the smooth side or the side with all the tiny bumps on it? I’m not supposed to use the steam setting either right?

    no, use dry setting and the bumps are the ones to go against the fabric
