RSS FeedResizeing Hat Does anyone have suggestions?
Written by admin on March 27, 2010 – 12:57 pm -I have a hat that does not fit me as snugly as I would like (especially in this windy March weather). Do you have something I could put on the inside of the hat band, like adhesive foam tape, that would improve the fit of my hat?

We have many things you could use but without seeing the hat it is hard to know which would be best. I have a few suggestions for different hats:
ladies casual spring hat with a brim – A pretty ribbon tie
ballcap – An elastic on both sides – stretch the elastic as you sew
Knitcap – elastic all around
cowboy hat – strip of polyester interlining or interfacing
Or your original idea, just make sure you can remove tape for washing
